Paul Black
Director, MRICS
With over 40 years’ experience in private practice, I am a member The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an associate member of the Association for Project Safety. As the marketplace has evolved, my quantity surveying skills have developed and expanded to provide employers agent, project manager, and principal designer services.
I also have skills in stock condition surveys, life cycle costing, asset management, and provided QS services to Community Enterprises.
Commissions for projects have varied in value from £15K to £47M.
