Andrew Semple

A 2020 graduate of GCU, I’m currently working towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and attaining full RICS membership.

I’ve been at L+H since 2018 and have enjoyed gaining experience in project management and contract administration as well as working with the Director’s on a range of projects, including multi-million-pound housing developments. I’m also trained in QS Cad Software

When I’m not cost planning and managing or using CAD software, you’ll find me in the gym, cinema, or pub.

More about me:

• I graduated university with a 2:1 whilst working [almost] full-time at L+H.
• It’s a well-known fact in the office that I am constantly eating!
• I’m an avid movie fan – my favourite film is the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

A little known fact about me:
I climbed Ben Nevis with a group of friends in June 2021 and raised over £2,000 for SAMH.

What I cannot function without at work:
Coffee and my collection of highlighters.

My guilty pleasure:
A pint at the pub with friends.
