A programme of ground treatment to improve the engineering characteristics of earthworks materials at the proposed Builyeon Road site. The work included the clearance and preparation of the existing site and a mass earthworks programme to create a level and stable platform for developing private residential housing and mixed commercial use properties. The project also included the installation of a spine road and drainage infrastructure.
The project
L+H had a central role in the administration and management of the NEC4 contract, including giving instructions, assessing & implementing compensation events, and approving the contractor’s submitted programme.
